Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. The house was great, pool was clean, the decks had a great view my family was basically fighting over the hammock my only gripe is the electrical outlets seem like they are falling out of the wall and nothing really plugged all the way in and because of that the kids tv wasn’t able to work.

The house was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had space but the common areas were large enough for congregation. Within walking distance of the beach and shops. The property manager was attentive and responded promptly when issues were reported. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Nice property, multiple masters and adult bedrooms, bunk bed rooms for kids. The kitchen is handy, the beds were comfy and the location was exactly where we were looking for.
We'll reserve this property again when we are there.

Overall the property and location are great, no complaints there. We had a ton of fun and enjoyed every minute. Complaints were that there were no dish towels, no soap (bathrooms or kitchen), only one roll of toilet paper per bath and in some cases, they weren't even full rolls. Also, upon arrival we discovered the fridge was broken and we didn't have any ice. It took calling 4 times, 3 of which were messages I left before getting a response. On the 4th call, half way through our vacation, the fridge was fixed mostly but still had no ice. It was very annoying to need to go buy ice nearly every day. Hopefully this was unusual for this property and we were just unlucky.
