Paul was very accommodating. Our son was graduating and we were going to have more than one car. He offered us the use of his second pass/Garage for the time that it was not being used by his other rental, which saved us from having to pay for the valet. The views are beautiful from here, straight out to the Gulf. There was plenty of Keurig cups, along with sugars, salt and pepper to help get started without having to immediately run to the market, which is very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again, the property is beautiful and the unit very nice.

We have been coming to the Ritz in Key Biscayne for over 15 years and have rented residences several times. This unit is fully renovated and one of the best maintained units we have stayed in! Paul is very responsive and helpful as well!
