**Pool/Spa settings are all scheduled 9am to 7pm. When purchased, pool heat is set to 82-85 degrees , however if air temps drop below 70 degrees, it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed**

For safety and security of our guests, each guest who enters the home at anytime during your stay "MUST" be listed on the reservation. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests.

OUTDOOR Security Camera on property : one security camera above the front entrance and one by the pool equipment. They actively records noise and video.

Any violations WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID
The house located near public school and there is some restriction on marijuana usage.
