3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly upgraded with new beds, appliances and paint. Central A/C throughout the house. Fenced private backyard with an in ground pool. Pool and Patio furniture, including a new gas grill and also gas fire pit. Screened in patio where you can relax and listen to music with the surround sound system and keep cool with two overhead fans. Quiet neighborhood located near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Madeira Beach is 1.5 miles away. The beach has an outside restaurant & bar with bathrooms and showers. Come and enjoy your vacation in Paradise, you won't want to leave!

Great property just as described. super location close to beach. Big mall, grocery and restaurants were close by. Pool was beautiful with plenty of pool side seating. Gas grill worked. Great grilling and outdoor eating in screened in area, short walk to awesome park and rail trail. Can't say enough. Hosts were available for any questions or help. They were the best! I hope to get back next year!

The home was very clean and host was always available for anything that came up! Backyard was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. It was a perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants.

I've stayed in many rental properties over the years and this is one of the best! The house was nicely furnished and well equipped. Everything I used worked properly. (There were small kitchen appliances that I didn't need.)
The house doesn't have a dishwasher (or a garbage disposal) but there were plenty of dishes and utensils.
This house is very close to Madeira Beach and lots of shopping/restaurants.
The owner quickly responded when I had questions, too.

Michele was extremely gracious and responsive before and during our stay. The home is tastefully decorated and the back yard makes you want to never leave! Proximity to Walmart for all necessities. Everything you can imagine needing for the pool/beach was also on the premises. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a low key slice of paradise.
