Reviewer Comments:
The property (complex) was beautiful. Across from the beach, but a very short walk. This is a great place for kids! Bring your bikes, scooter, etc. The unit (14) was in good condition, but could use some upgrades. Needs a new dishwasher, blinds, recliners, and light in the master bedroom. Property is not in the heart of PCB tourism, but you can get to 30A and Pier Park in 10 minutes. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back to Sunnyside.

Reviewer Comments:
This was a first time for us and Sunnyside was the perfect place for our family. The unit was clean, well stocked and close to the beach. We could easily go back and forth from the beach to the unit so if we forgot something or the didn't want to stay all day it was easy to pack up and go. We would definitely stay there again.
