This Disciples Ridge condo is located on the Boyne Mountain property. It has 5 Bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can sleep up to 20 people (2 King beds, 4 queen beds, 2 (4 twins) bunk beds, and 2 queen sleeper/sofas which makes it perfect for a larger group coming to ski, bike, golf, etc. The condo is well maintained condo been recently updated with new furnishings and decorations. It includes a washer and dryer, 2 kitchens (upper/lower), and plenty of sitting areas.
Located in a prime spot just steps away (approx 4 homes) from the Disciples Ridge 8-person lift. This ski in/ski out condo is also within walking distance to the village of Boyne, Avalanche Bay Water Park, Pierson's and Everett's Restaurants, Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa, shopping, tennis courts, and the ski bridge. The Clock Tower has hot tub and all- season outdoor pool, and Mountain Grand Lodge has indoor/outdoor heated pools (day passes will need to be purchased). Deer Lake is located a few minutes away if you're looking for a beach and a water activities. Check out the boynemoutain.com website for activities, events, and things to do! Jump in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain.
Boyne also offers ten world-class golf courses, both on-site at Boyne and within 30 minutes of your next amazing vacation getaway! At Boyne Mountain you can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine courses. At Boyne Highlands the courses are Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry courses. All courses are open to the public.

Very seamless booking, easy communication when questions arose. Nicely equipped wtih everything we needed, including some disposable silverware, plenty of paper towels and bathroom supplies, coffee selections, dishes, spices, and more. The one downside was that on the surface, the house was clean, but we noticed quite a bit of dust, crumbs underneath furniture, a few dirty towels, and some dirty cookware.

It was not necessarily ski in and ski out so if you expecting mountain side this is not the one. Personally we didn’t mind the walk to the chair lift about 200 yards down the road. The property itself is amazing we enjoyed having the space and the whole condo upstairs and downstairs. We would definitely rent again!

The condo was in generally good condition overall. However, the basement ceiling tiles showed numerous brown stains across multiple rooms. The lower-level bathroom had noticeable gashes and scratches in the tub, and the light above the tub could not be turned on without tripping the GFCI outlet, which shut off both the light and the power to the plug. The basement fireplace also would not light. Several pieces of wall décor shown in the listing photos were missing, leaving only nails visible on the walls. Additionally, the main-floor kitchen is quite small, and the main-floor dining area feels much tighter than it appears in the listing photos. The DVD player on the main floor did not work, despite being described as functional in the listing.
