Gorgeous quintessential Cape Cod cottage tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our cottage has had recent renovations and is located in South Yarmouth near Nantucket sound beaches, Bass River and Rt 28/Main Street.
Minutes from shopping, go carts, miniature golf, ice cream, bike trails and 4 ocean beaches.
Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Living Room, Kitchen, & Dining room. It sleeps 4. Bedroom #1 has a queen sized bed and large closet, Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and large closet.
** Dog Fee: $20.00 per night (per dog), 2 dog maximum** As much as we love cats and other pets, we do not allow them due to severe allergies of our other guests. Do NOT allow your dog on the furniture.
** Sheets/Towels are NOT included with this rental, although available for an additional fee of $75.00. **
**We keep our rates low by inviting our guests to bring their own bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheet sets (1- queen, 2 - twin),**
** Summer Rentals: Weekly stay end of June through end of August (Friday to Friday) **
**7 night maximum stay. Please do not use instant booking for more than 7 night stay. Please inquire with the host/owner **
Please leave the cottage the way you found it, clean and neat
Please clean up dog hair inside and outside and do Not allow your dog on the furniture.
Guest who books is expected to stay at the cottage. Please do not rent our cottage for someone else if you are not going to stay there as well.
The backyard has plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, a fire pit and Weber gas grill.
Enjoy your evenings sitting in adirondack chairs in front of the propane fire pit. Our backyard overlooks the Crowell marsh with wildlife to enjoy. Listen to the song birds and ducks, watch the squirrels play and rabbits as they come to visit.
Enjoy a winter escape while staying cozy and warm in front of the gas fireplace

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beachy cottage. The hosts provided everything we needed even things we did not think of like rainy day board games, beach chairs, and a wagon. It was unusually cool at night during our stay in the Cape and the gas fire pit out back is perfect for hoodie weather. The neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located. Plenty of activities, food, and shopping nearby. While you could walk it to the nearest beach we found having bicycles to run back and forth very convenient. It is a 3 minute bike ride to beautiful Bass River Beach. We avoided parking fees by dropping off and biking back. The cottage is clean and tastefully decorated. Hosts have thought of everything; we did not have to buy anything except groceries. The best thing is they allow dogs and this is a perfectly dog walk-able area. The patio, grill, and outdoor shower area is perfect for after/mid beach chill outs. It was nice to wash off the beach and have lunch. We would love to stay at this cottage again.

From the moment we stepped through the door, it was completely evident that the owners take immense pride in this home. The cottage has undergone recent thoughtful renovations, updating the space beautifully while keeping its authentic, cozy character intact. The entire place is as neat as a pin—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully organized, and inviting. Best of all, everything worked flawlessly, providing us with absolutely zero vacation stress.The layout was spacious, offering plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, safe, and incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful sanctuary.Location-wise, we couldn't ask for a better spot. A short, easy walk straight to the ocean. Even better, it was just a 20 min stroll away from the famous Skipper's Restaurant! Gotta get those steps in, before the fish and chips :)Last, but not least, Bonnie was a great host and helped us at every step. If you are looking for the absolute quintessential Cape Cod escape, this hidden gem of a cottage is your answer. Tucked away in a peaceful, quintessential coastal neighborhood, this property offers the perfect blend of classic New England charm and modern comfort. It is truly the ultimate retreat for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the best of the Cape.Highly recommended!

This was the perfect home for our weekend getaway. It was spacious and immaculate. Great location close to attractions and the beach. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.
