Right on the beach and quiet neighborhood.

1-level home on the beach was perfect for taking my 88-year old mom and daughter. Property management responded promptly and in person to help with entry code/key boxes at entry. They also kept us informed during an all-city power outage one afternoon. Upgraded bathrooms were a perk and bed mattresses very comfy. Garage entry was helpful for shaking off sand before entering house. 3rd room with trundle bed was not included in photos, but has a flat screen tv and can act as a couch or queen size bed.

We had a terrific time on the beach with plenty of room for the whole family!

First off you enter the house in the side door of the garage. there is no other door to the place. only windows that open are on the sides of the house. the counters were dirty, with food dried on, and when the sun shined on them it really showed the residue!. the price of the rental was over valued by 50%. and the service fee was 40% of the charge.
