The rooms were immaculate. The minute you walk in the place it just smells and feels so clean and fresh. The kitchen was great and had anything you would need to prepare a meal. Just add your own food. The living room area was large and accommodating for 7 adults and two kids. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and stocked with necessities. The resort as a whole was amazing!! So very family friendly. This unit on the 5th floor has a great view of the gulf but you can walk around the balcony and see the bay as well. All the outdoor and indoor furniture is great and plenty of it. I highly recommend this unit and this resort.

Great four bedroom condo, we felt like we were home.

The property itself is older but very nice. Everything you could need to enjoy your stay is on the property. We have no complaints or changes needed to the property itself. My biggest and most concerning issue is the help from hostess. We arrived and the ac did not work. Middle of spring break it’s hot outside and there’s no ac. We messaged the hat option for the host, no response until a day or so later. We call the number to call the host, apparently they are just a managing property company, who every time we called. No matter what information we gave them could find our reservation or even the location. But it was the same number they called and left a message from before we came. We finally had to go through vrbo every time to get someone to tell them ac had to be fixed. First night and day no ac. When we finally got ahold of someone, well vrbo did and did a three way call they couldn’t tell us when it could be fixed just that they left a message w the maintenance people it needed to be done. The vrbo representative was even trying to fight on our behalf to get the problem resolved asking to speak to someone higher up and what else could do. It’s a great place, but will never stay again because of the communication or lack of for the condo itself.
