The Space:
Now is the time to plan your summer, fall or if dreaming about snow your winter trip to Lake Tahoe-a beautiful place to visit every season. If you don't want to deal with the crowds book midweek, discounts are in place.
Spring Summer Fall- come play, hike, bike, swim, boat, explore or just relax under the beautiful Tahoe blue skies.
The Atraori chalet features an open living room with a gas stove surrounded by a natural stone hearth, cozy seating, wood floors, natural wood accents and mountain style décor. The adjacent kitchen has seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and a dining table that seats four. Efficiently designed so the cook may prepare meals for the family on the gas stove.
There is a slider and a side door to access the deck, BBQ and hot tub.
There are two comfortable bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor.
The upstairs features a loft with two futons, a great spot for the kids to gather and play (or to using as an extra sleeping area). The third bedroom is upstairs with a king sized bed tucked under the vaulted ceiling. There is a second bath upstairs with a shower stall.
The Atroari chalet is conveniently located two blocks off of Pioneer Trail, it's 15-20 minute drive to Heavenly Village, Heavenly Ski Resort and Stateline. It is approximately 20 minutes to Sierra At Tahoe, and 40 minutes to Kirkwood. For the hikers, mountain bikers or other outdoor enthusiasts the trail head to Onedias St/Fountain Place trails is two blocks away. In the winter there are miles of trails for snow shoeing and cross country skiing. Lake Tahoe Golf Course is an easy drive (just a few minutes) away.
If the family is looking for a peaceful spot to gather together to relax and play this cabin may just be the spot for you. It is located approximately 5 minutes from the community of Meyers with local favorite restaurants: The Getaway Cafe, The Divided Sky (bar and restaurant) Freel Perk Coffee Shop, Frescana Mexican Bistro, Bob Dog Pizza and Sombrero's Mexican. Holiday Market is a fully stocked grocery store.
In the summer there are two nearby golf courses: Tahoe Paradise Golf Course and Lake Tahoe Golf Course.
In the winter there Tahoe Tube is open on the Tahoe Paradise Golf Course.
If you love to ski at Sierra at Tahoe it is a 20 minute drive, or if Heavenly is your spot is approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic and weather.
Maximum Occupancy 6-occupancy rules in place at all times, children 5 and under are not counted

Hot Tub: May not be used between 10:00pm and 8:00am
Quiet Hours Must be observed between 10:00pm-8:00am
Pet Policy: Pets Not Allowed

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snowplows that clear the roads..
4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low-profile vehicle you may have difficulties.
Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries vanish)

The cabin was easy to find and entry was trouble free. The area was quiet, woodsy and the neighboring residents were not too close. The cabin is an older structure and shows its age but the building was sound the doors and windows were secure. It is well equipped for all the basic needs. The beds are comfortable. All the appliances work.It is in bear country and we were warned to be thoughtful and aware. We did not see any bears on our stay. I did have to call the property manager because the gas line on the BBQ had been chewed through by some local wildlife. A repairman was dispatched the next day and had it repaired that evening.

Fully enjoyed our stay here with our kids, just a few small things I'd suggest for future stays! Host was very responsive which is great! House was pretty clean, I could tell there were a few things that could probably be cleaned more often. Some of the dishes in the cupboard definitely weren't fully clean and I the throw pillows, blankets and linens didn't smell like a fresh clean so maybe those could be washed more often? There was no water spiket near the deck so we weren't able to spray off the pollen but the host did send out a maintenance person to try and blow most of it off The lawn could definitely be mowed way down so that we could utilize it for play with our kids. And maybe the showers can be updated in the future. Honestly though the house itself was welcoming, had a great set up and lots of sleeping room so overall it was a great stay and we would definitely book there again!

Our stay was positive. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, however, you can hear cars on the main road in the distance. There were trails close buy to hike and other amenities (bike rentals, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) There was plenty of room for the four of us. The bedding and linens were worn out, but when we asked for newer pillows and towels management was quick to respond. Carpet needs some attention. Kitchen was well stocked with needed dishes and cooking items, even a blender and food processor. Fridge is large. The hot tub was immaculate. We even had a momma and baby bear stop by to check out the recycling container. Very exciting!!

Neighborhood is great, close to the outstanding trail network at the end of Oneidas (Corral trail, Armstrong, Toads). We had some issues after checking in, but Michelle took care of them quickly and made things right with us. Thanks Michelle!
