Neighborhood

Frankton is a peaceful area of Queenstown with fabulous views of Lake Wakatipu and easy access to the lake and beachfront areas. It has variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, making it one of the perfect and most convenient areas to stay. Queenstown's airport is also located in Frankton 13 minutes walk from the home.

This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor's by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
