This tax is not included in the total price and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation, or by PayPal transfer to account holidays.ms@gmail.com.
First floor apartment, comfortable and modern, flooded with natural light, with a welcoming and tranquil outdoor space (garden and balcony). Wide doors to the garden; equipped kitchen; modern and functional bathroom, outdoor furniture; Wi-Fi internet; cable TV; washing machine. Located in the center of Lisbon, in a multicultural neighborhood, rich in a plurality of traditions and customs, next to all amenities, services and public transportation. It is located 250 meters from the nearest metro station (250m) - direct green line, 3 stops from the historic center.
HOUSE RULES
We are flexible with check-in and check-out times, unless there is an overlap in arrival and departure times. In these cases, check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am.
For late arrivals (after 8 pm), our guests must use the safe key box, for which we will provide instructions. If in-person check-in is required, there will be a cost of €30.
We want our guests to feel at home, enjoying the space as they wish, but with the care to leave it as they found it so that others can also enjoy a good experience in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (only on the balcony and in the garden).
Noise is prohibited after 10 pm. Please respect rest hours and your neighbors.
It is forbidden to accommodate anyone other than the guests mentioned in the reservation.
At check-out, trash should be left in the trash can at the apartment exit; used dishes should be washed, and we ask that you remember to close windows and turn off electrical appliances and lights.
A baby cot is available upon request.

We loved our stay, quiet, close to most historic sites, friendly pub a block away, host was prompt and thoughtful. Apartment was clean, quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! We had a warm welcome and a fantastic host, who gave us great advice on places to eat and to visit. The appartment is located in a safe neighbourhood near the metro station. It was wonderful to visit beautiful and lively Lisbon, and after retreat in the idyllic and quiet garden.

It was perfect for my two teens and I. Rita was amazing, location was great, super clean and everything we needed. Great value, safe neighborhood, lots of food choices around, metro super close.
I would stay here anytime we were back in Lisbon.
