The owner suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. We had a wonderful vacation experience at this lovely property. There were eight of us, 3 generations and found plenty of of space for all of us. The common areas were large and comfortable for us all but there was plenty of places to escape to for privacy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the large screened in porch with a view of both the water and the marsh. We were lucky enough to see a fox several times.

The house was perfect for a large multigenerational family. The house was very clean and well furnished. Appliances were very modern. The screened in decks were awesome for relaxing and enjoying the views. The elevator was great for have for our 90 year old Mom. The extra coolers and ice maker were, also, a bonus!!!The children loved the assortment of games, ping pong, air hockey, corn hole, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

This house was the perfect place for our beach vacation with family. There was plenty of gathering space for four families in the kitchen/living area, while also many places throughout the house for space and seclusion for those of us who were working remotely throughout the day. The views were beautiful, the house was clean and cozy, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The availability of bikes & a beach wagon was a nice extra touch. We lived in the screened in porches! My literal only complaint is the loud squeaky bed, not because it wasn't comfortable to sleep in, but because we were sharing a room with a baby in a pack-n-play (which there was plenty of room for!) and we kept waking him up just by rolling over. lol Otherwise, ten out of ten. Thank you!

We had the best stay here! Our family has been coming to Broadkill for 20 years and Bourbon at Seven was the perfect home for our growing family! We loved the added touches of multiple ice makers and fridges! The layout was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The deck at sunset is a spectacular way to end the day!
