Enjoy the peace and nature in this traditional country house with pool access.

Experience a relaxing holiday in your typical Italian country house, nestled in the rolling hills south of Perugia and the picturesque Lake Trasimeno. The country house is divided into five separate apartments and a former barn. The furnishings are simple but functional and rustic in style. Wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles and natural stone walls create a warm atmosphere. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table so that you can spend cosy hours here. The kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering.

The outdoor area invites you to relax with its spacious garden and pool, which you share with the other guests. Enjoy the sunny days on one of the sun loungers by the pool or find a shady spot under the overgrown pergola. There is also an area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a small playground and a table football table for leisure activities.

Explore the historic towns of Montefalco, Bevagna and Trevi, or visit the impressive Clitunno springs. Enjoy the impressive landscape on one of the many secluded panoramic roads and let yourself be enchanted by the tranquillity of this special place.
