Beautiful house and location. Just what we were looking for in terms of size, rooms and features. Gorgeous property with sensational views. We enjoyed watching the many deer who roam the property.Renter BEWARE: We found two mice inside the home, numerous outside, and could hear others through the walls. I notified the owner, who quickly responded and called an exterminator. I would imagine this will be an ongoing issue and I would never rent this house again because of it.Other negatives with the rental were SLOW WiFi speeds, worn-out kitchen supplies and bathroom appliances. You can tell there are many parts of the house that have been neglected. Roof is in poor condition, gutters and drain pipes are damaged and needing repair.
