The house on 2 levels offers

On the first floor:
- A living room of 40 m2 with solid wood parquet flooring

- A bedroom with a large bed of 160, ceiling fan, cupboards, TV and a bathroom (walk-in shower)

- An equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee machine...)

- A garage with washing machine and equipment for entertainment (2 adult bikes and 2 children, badminton rackets, petanque balls, fishing rod...)



On the 1st floor

- 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, each equipped with a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes

- A bathroom with bathtub.

- A mezzanine with an office area.

Exterior sound:
- A terrace with a heated swimming pool (4 x 2.5), a shower (hot/cold water), a barbecue and everything you need to chill (dining table, sunbeds)

The house is located in a quiet and charming area in the middle of the pine trees. A small path allows you to reach the most beautiful beach of Biscarrosse on foot in a few minutes.

You will find a mini-market, a bike rental company, a pizzeria, board rentals and surf lessons within a 2-minute walk.

The house is a little jewel and we want to receive careful people, who will take care of it as well as theirs.
