Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite. This condominium is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #123 is located on the first floor above parking, and offers private steps from the balcony to the courtyard. |

The Saint Simons Grand has recently reconsidered the scope and timing of the previously announced exterior renovation project. As part of this process, the community is obtaining an additional professional opinion before finalizing the project scope and construction schedule. As a result, the previously anticipated September 6, 2026 start date is no longer applicable, and there is currently no confirmed construction start date. Once the timing and outcome of this additional review is known, we will share updated information with our guests promptly.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Property is great. Lots of room, clean, pretty view, kitchen is fully stocked. Only challenge was that it’s somewhat of a long walk to beach and close to the public beach access.

This unit was very nice and so convenient. Underground parking was great . We would definitely recommend this unit.
