This 1000 SF unit boasts picturesque views of the beautiful Daytona Beach from the extra large private balcony. Unit faces South with fabulous unobstructed 90 Degree shoreline views from east to west. View the sunrise from the living room and the master bedroom balcony access. Loved being that close to the ocean. The space was clean and nice layout . Had some small hiccups with the checking in process and a few other things , but nothing major ! Loved having our own parking spot ! The beach access was closed and the pool opened up the day we left , but we knew ahead of time about the pool but didn’t realize no beach access. It was a small walk and not bad at all . Would definitely stay here again .

We had an excellent time and it was right on the beach. Very very nice place. Will definitely book again.

Was not informed that the building wss under construction Monday-Friday. The drilling noise started at 8am till 5pm. One elevator was under repair.
