This apartment is perfect for families or groups, featuring a king-size bed, twin beds, and a pull-out sofa bed for added comfort. The apartment also features a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

Here’s everything you need to know:
Check-out is by 10 a.m. Make yourself at home—all we ask is that you treat the place as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building; please don’t disturb them with loud music, etc.
The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave—that is, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the trash bin is right in front of the building.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building; a 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke. Thank you for your understanding. No pets allowed, unless agreed upon with us prior to booking.
Please note that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are not provided.
Towels and linens are provided.
The washer and dryer are located in the building on the attic floor (the top floor under the roof). You need a badge to use the machines. You can pick up the badge Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at my office: ZR Zurich Relocation AG, Seefeldstrasse 27, second floor. If you lose the badge, I will charge you 200 CHF for the replacement fee. Thank you for your understanding.
You are not the only one in the building; please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. Thank you.

The apartment and furniture are handed over in working condition and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the cost of changing the lock(s).

The apartment was very nice - clean inside and the neighborhood felt safe and attractive. We had a car, so I can not speak to the convenience of the location vis-a-vis getting to the city center, but it was not necessarily very close (I would venture an estimate of about 5km away). Two things about the listing really need to be revisited. The apartment, while comfortable, does not feel especially sunny -- as the title of the listing suggests. Moreover, the listing states that there is washer and dryer on the site, but this is very misleading. The owner was often very prompt in responding to our messages, although not entirely forthcoming about such important information. ... We arrived after 1.5 weeks prior travel, and told him that laundry was a priority. He neglected to tell us we only had a limited time to retrieve the security card to the laundry room from him (within the first 24 hours after arrival). The laundry card was only available in his office in a different location in town, during his working hours, and we were approaching a 3-day holiday). He made no offer to meet up or bring us the card, and he offered no laundry alternatives. It would have made a big difference if he had checked in with us shortly after our arrival and informed us that we had a limited time to sort out the laundry situation (and informed us how complicated it would be to acces the laundry room). This dampened an otherwise mostly positive vrbo experience.
