This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper is located at the St. Simons Beach Club.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. St. Simons Beach Club #115 is comfortably furnished and offers a view of the courtyard. Beach Club #115 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! We absolutely loved this place! The unit has a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. It was simple, clean, tastefully decorated, well air conditioned, adequately furnished (basic, not extravagant--no beach towels or salt & pepper or other cooking accoutrements) and responsive with a couple of requests. We hope to be back. Thank you!

Super property. Very spacious and comfortable. Nice extras such as beach chairs and umbrella. We plan to return to St. Simons and will seek out staying here again.

Second year at beach club and we enjoy the property. This particular condo was clean and ready for us. There are some drawbacks to the place though. The tv’s in the living and kids room are extremely small. Not beneficial if you have kids that like to watch movies and game after a full day in the sun. The master bed has indented areas on each side where you will stay no matter how hard you try to get out of them. Definitely not comfortable. Pillows on twin beds were badly stained (under pillowcases). If you plan on cooking bring what you will need. Salt and pepper included. There are basic cooking items but nothing extra for making more than a basic meal. All in all we will be back to stay at the property, just not this particular condo unit.
