The Saint Simons Grand has recently reconsidered the scope and timing of the previously announced exterior renovation project. As part of this process, the community is obtaining an additional professional opinion before finalizing the project scope and construction schedule. As a result, the previously anticipated September 6, 2026 start date is no longer applicable, and there is currently no confirmed construction start date. Once the timing and outcome of this additional review is known, we will share updated information with our guests promptly.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. The property was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The view was fantastic, and it was easy to get down to the pool and beach. We’ll definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful time at St Simon’s! We had a girls trip with for Moms birthday with five adult women and a 6 month old baby. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which was really nice. The view is Beautiful. The beach is a bit of a walk but worth it. One minor glitch was the person at the main office didn’t seem to know we were coming but the issue was quickly resolved.

Condo was clean and ready for our arrival. Check in process was not accurate to the emails and I had to call the manager since the office was empty as well. Took about 20 minutes to figure it out, but Blake was polite and helpful.
