Welcome to Apartment 82 in Building 3 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten.”

This bright and modern studio apartment for 4 people has been completely and stylishly renovated. In no time at all, you can reach the new promenade and the beautiful, fine-sand South Beach—enjoy the beach, explore, and experience the sea during the day, and in between, relax and unwind in your accommodation with a direct view of the sea!

In the living area, a cozy sofa with a great view of the Baltic Sea awaits you. The large flat-screen TV provides entertainment and is mounted above a spacious sideboard. The round dining area also invites you to linger. Here, you can relax and enjoy the meals you’ve prepared.

In the high-quality built-in kitchen, you’ll find plenty of storage space for groceries, an oven, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove and a built-in microwave-oven combination, a dishwasher, and a full range of cooking and dining essentials.

The sleeping area features a high-quality double bed for restful nights during your vacation. Behind it, you’ll find plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the large 3-door closet.

The new, brightly tiled bathroom features a particularly spacious shower with glass walls and a walk-in design. A heated towel rack, electrical outlets, a vanity cabinet with drawers, and a lighted mirror are additional amenities this bathroom offers during your vacation.

From the south-west-facing furnished balcony, with a magnificent view of the entire South Beach, the promenade, and the sea, you can enjoy the sun from noon until evening. An awning provides excellent sun protection here.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
