The first floor guest bedroom has a king sized bed with a Four Seasons Hotel mattress and TV. The family room has a large and comfortable sofa, two plush swivel chairs, and a SMART TV to unwind after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 8-10+ and additional sitting space for two at the island. Also on the first floor, a full bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, and access to the backyard.
SECOND FLOOR: Two large upstairs bedrooms - one with Queen and full-sized crib, the other two Queen beds and a full-sized crib. Shared full bath.

Very attractively decorated; clean; well stocked kitchenNice to have a parking pass but there were never any available spaces close to the beach. Other than that, all went well and we had a wonderful time.

House was generally OK with a few minor issues, but a big problem for anyone with mobility problems. The biggest problem was that the beds are so high that my husband, who walks with a cane, could not sit on the edge of the bed with his feet on the floor. Since there was no chair in the bedroom that made it nearly impossible to dress and undress. Also the walk-in shower had no shelf or anything else to hold soap, shampoo, washcloth. etc. He also had trouble getting up from the living room chairs which were quite low. As a result he had to leave after two nights and check into a hotel so he could spend the days with our granddaughters. All that being said, our daughter said that the house and location were good enough that she would stay there again.
