Close to everything, a little more than a block from 5th avenue. Nice people at the property, clean quiet neighborhood. The pool came in handy when I didn’t feel like going to the beach! Lots of places to get provisions close to the property. The security guard was a nice guy as well, so was the lady who cleaned the common area.

This was a great little place, very clean and bright. Communication was fast & clear. Would recommend.

You get what you paid for. Great location. I came across a dead roach, and had trouble with key code for building. But it’s a very convenient location and the pictures are accurate.
