The Royal Residences Lagoon Villas offer a rare combination of private villa living within a fully operational five-star hotel resort. This villa enjoys direct swim-out access to the lagoon pool, generous indoor and outdoor living areas, and a peaceful, low-density setting that feels worlds away from a traditional hotel environment.
Guests enjoy the privacy and space of a standalone villa while having immediate access to Zabeel Saray’s exceptional resort facilities, spa, restaurants, beach, and leisure amenities — a combination that is unique on Palm Jumeirah.

We visited as two families with four children under the age of four. The villa was perfect and we were well looked after.
We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Wonderful villa at Zabeel Saray. All the privacy that one would want with all the conveniences of having a 5 star hotel within a short walking distance. Room service at a villa...yes. Great location away from congestion, yet easily accessible to anywhere in Dubai. Highly recommended!
