Each guest and visitor must be registered and must show their passport or valid ID at the building's entrance.

The apartment will be rented exclusively to your group. You’ll be provided with one set of linens and at least one towel per guest, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can take a taxi or a bus, or simply walk around the area—it’s very safe, and everything you need is nearby. It’s also a 10-minute walk to the Aguacatala Metro station.

. 1) Each guest and visitor must be registered before arrival via the link and must show their passport or valid ID at the building's entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS OR PRESENT A NOTARIZED PERMISSION FORM.
3) Use of the apartment is permitted only for residential, business, or leisure purposes; no parties of any kind are allowed.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or the property’s belongings must be reported and will be charged.
5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substance on the building’s premises or inside the apartment, including cigars and tobacco; there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
7) You are not allowed to leave any items with the security guards in the building.
8) Pets are allowed, but you must exercise caution.
9) SEX TRAFFICKING AND DRUG TRAFFICKING ARE CRIMES; ANY DRUG ABUSE, TRAFFICKING OF MINORS, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS INTO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the A/C and lights, and leave the windows and the front door closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys or key card inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. Calling a locksmith will incur an additional cost for you. Each additional set of keys costs $25.0.
13) To help protect the environment, we ask that you use water and electricity responsibly
