Living room is super cozy with direct Beaver Creek views and automatic gas fireplace. Smart TV with sound bar with Disney, Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, Master Class, Peleton streaming services.
Building includes underground gated parking for two cars, elevator, concierge desk, full gym on the second floor with mountain views, and services in the building and nearby. Gondola is steps out the door. Rec Center, library, Nottingham lake next door and every restaurant and shop in Avon is a quick walk.

The place is simply perfect. Centrally located and with all amenities needed by a family of 4 on a 6-day ski vacation. The only minor inconvenience - there is a code for everything...there has to be a better way to streamline access.

Great view of Beaver Creek. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants and transportation. The Host was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to questions regarding the check-in procedure.

There’s a perfect venue for us. Parking below the building was easy with plenty of room. The condo was the right size for us. Amenities were great. Close to walk to everything. Highly recommend if you want to be in Beaver Creek.

Demetri's condo is very convenient to the slopes, restaurants, and ski rentals. I had a little trouble getting into the condo with the code, but Demetri quickly responded and resolved the issue. The condo is clean, well designed and comfortable for up to 4 people, although we only had 2. It is easy to get around without a car by walking or using the bus system. The riverfront gondola provides easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail is easily accessed by the bus stop outside the condo. I would stay at this condo again.
