Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, right on scenic 30A, Seagrove Orange is situated on the second floor and easily accessible by elevator or stairs. Convenient parking at the rear of the building makes unloading and reloading hassle-free.
Inside, a welcoming layout provides both privacy and plenty of communal space. All three bedrooms are set along a central hallway:
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (sleeps 8)
• Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom with en-suite bath (tub/shower combo)
• Bedroom 2: Bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and an adjacent full bath (accessible from the bedroom or hall)
• Bedroom 3: King master suite, featuring a spacious dressing and vanity area, walk-in closet, and a large en-suite with jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sink spaces
- A laundry room is also tucked along the hallway for your convenience.
At the end of the hall, the space opens up to a light-filled open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an eat-in bar, and the large dining table is perfect for meals or game nights. The living area invites you to relax with plenty of comfortable seating, a 55” HD Smart TV, and even a cozy fireplace for cooler months.
Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy views of 30A and the sparkling community pool below. There’s plenty of seating and a dining table for enjoying snacks, drinks, or a meal al fresco.
During your stay, you’ll love spending time at the large community pool — heated in March and April — or strolling or biking to your private beach access just down the road.

Great location if you're looking to visit nearby areas like Seaside, Alys, and Rosemary Beach. The walk to the beach was a little further than expected, but so worth it once you access the private beach. The space was actually bigger than we anticipated, and each bedroom having its own full bathroom is such a win. Heads up, the mattresses are not the best. The closet with some beach toys and chairs was a nice surprise. Great communication from the host. They made everything so easy. Would definitely go back.

This condo was amazing! The walk to the private access beach was not bad at all! I was worried about it being a big deal but it was shaded and quick. There’s stairs down to the beach but we still brought a beach wagon. There was one available in the unit plus beach toys for the kids. The private beach access was incredible and totally worth it! We went the weekend before the 4th of July, it was not crowded at all! Worth it!

The house was very clean and as described in the pictures. It’s very roomy and had plenty of towels. The large entry and closet by the door was a bonus and stocked with pool/beach accessories and a beach cart. We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants and shops and had a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend this home!
