The condo was advertised accurately and we can’t say enough about the views. The property is in a great location and close to everything you’ll need.

This room was perfect for our family! Everything we needed was there or onsite. We’ll definitely be back!

The overall condo was beautiful and the view was amazing! The Pelican Resort itself was very busy. The elevators are very slow. The building is huge but only has a couple working elevators, lots of time spent waiting or taking the stairs. The beach on the resort was narrow compared to other places I’ve stayed and there were many rules (personal chairs can only be in certain areas is one example that was a little odd). Destin itself was incredibly busy. Not a walkable town-few safe sidewalks and crosswalks limited. Probably wouldn’t go back but the water was beautiful!
