This vacation home offers a comfortable and spacious layout across two floors. On the bottom floor, you'll find three separate queen bedrooms, each offering a private and cozy space for rest. The main floor on the second level boasts a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a screened-in porch that allows you to savor the outdoors while protected from the elements. House is perfect location to beach. Pool is nice and shady. House is older then it appears and much of neighborhood has been redone and are larger, newer and modern. This may have altered my decision but proximity was great and we had a wonderful time. This was first time to stay in this part of Hilton Head and it is a little crowded and too touristy for my taste. Host was lovely.

This was our 5th year staying at 17 Heron. 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms is perfect for us. Our favorite place is the screened-in deck. It’s nice for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. We really enjoy relaxing there each evening, listening to the ocean, people walking by, & the very low noise is very close walk to the beach to play in the sun & sand, or to take a night walk, or hunt for shells & crabs. We are looking forward to June 2027!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and well equipped home. We enjoyed coffee and dinners on the porch, floating in the pool, and the very short distance to the beach, bike trails, and Coligny plaza.

We always stay @ Coligny Beach at Hilton Head because its very close to a shopping plaza and grocery store. Lots of Restaurants to choose from . Houses are near beach access and in a safe neighborhood. Once again a perfect vacation.
