The condo has a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, bamboo style wainscoting. Main seating area hosts Spectrum Cable and Wi-Fi. The community features exotic décor, 2 pool areas, a play area for the kids and BBQ area but you must remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid. The owner offers a 10% discount to all active military families, firefighters, law enforcement and teachers.
This is a non smoking condo. This is not a golf cart accessible property. This unit has parking for 3 cars. Parking passes are required. Any additional cars will be towed per the HOA STR#382413

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100+tax , per pet, per stay. A maximum of 3 pets under 40lbs are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per stay.
