The house was immaculately clean and very cozy. Bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and essentials. Great location to restaurants, coffee shops, brew pubs, and grocery stores. The host was responsive and any instructions to access wifi, tv, and washer/dryer were very clear. Very great stay. We’ll be back!

We always like to stay here when visiting family in Eugene. Karin is wonderful to communicate with and we just enjoy the way the house and property is set up. The location is also great for us. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing location for the track meet at the university of Oregon! The house was very well maintained and had more than enough space for our family. They were very responsive and we were able to add an extra night. The amenities were amazing and the girls loved riding the bikes to Starbucks and playing the piano. We appreciated the welcome treats! We had a great stay and I’ve already stated when we come back, we will look at this place’s availability.

The home is charming - bright, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. I felt at ease the moment I walked in. The hosts were very considerate, leaving a small basket of treats and a personal note that made the stay feel welcoming from the start. The house was well stocked with everyday essentials (toilet paper, napkins, etc.), and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. I enjoyed using the kitchen and appreciated the tea and sugar provided. The hosts were responsive and accommodating throughout. I would gladly stay here again.
