This two-bedroom penthouse is located on the western Costa del Sol near Sotogrande. This section of the Costa between Gibraltar and Estepona is not only a little less hectic than the section between Malaga and Marbella, it is also a few degrees cooler in high summer (though still warm enough for summer).
From the balcony and roof terrace, you have a breathtaking view over Gibraltar to Africa – on clear days, you can see far into the Atlas Mountains.
The penthouse has luxurious amenities: a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality cookware, a large 4K smart TV with Xbox, high-speed internet, comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses (Bed-1 mattresses with two degrees of firmness in the single beds), a 4-burner gas grill, and more. The beach is within walking distance, but a car is essential for a holiday in this flat.
The flat is located almost exactly halfway between the Valderrama and Finca Cortesin golf courses, 3 kilometres outside Sotogrande. It is the ideal base for excursions to the region's attractions, from the Picasso Museum in Malaga to the famous mountain village of Ronda and the southernmost town on mainland Europe: Tarifa. Seville, Cadiz and Jerez are all within 60 to 90 minutes' drive. Spain's most famous golf courses are all within a 20-minute drive.
