Travel Protection
We now offer CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) insurance—protecting 60% of your reservation. We'll also issue a 40% credit toward a future stay if Copper Mountain closes. CFAR is 10.8% of your total cost and must be added more than 30 days before arrival. Email us after booking to include it!

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+ and present during the stay
• No smoking, no pets, Owners have severe allergies – no exceptions
• Signed rental agreement and photo ID required within 3 days of booking
• Cancellations: deposit forfeited if more than 36 days before arrival; full payment forfeited if 35 days or less
• We reserve the right to refuse any reservation
