Relax in paradise! Your cozy studio is STEPS away from a PRIVATE entrance to #1 rated Siesta Key Beach, a short walk to shops and restaurants. This location is AMAZING! A large outdoor pool is right outside your entrance. Tennis, Pickleball Courts, Shuffle Board, Basketball, BBQs, a Clubhouse and more! Your condo comes furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay with lots of amenities. A Fully Stocked Kitchen, Fast WiFi, SmartTV, Beach Chairs, Private Parking and MUCH MORE!
The studio is ground level and just steps to the private entrance to the beautiful views of our white sand beach (Condo is NOT ocean view, it faces the pool). This is a great space for anyone who does not like to navigate a lot of stairs (there are just a few at the beach entrance) or elevators and would prefer to walk directly to the beach in just a couple of minutes. In terms of location and proximity to the beach, this property is an absolute gem!
A friendly note before you book: Casa Mar has a wonderful private beach entrance, but Siesta Key is a wide beach so the first part of the walk to the water includes about 30 meters of deep, soft sand. If you have knee, foot, balance, or mobility issues, this may be difficult to manage. We want every guest to have a comfortable stay, so we recommend considering this carefully before booking.
Our studio has a very comfortable queen bed as well as a queen sofa bed that pulls out to accommodate an optional 3rd guest.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for those who would like to cook their own meals. We are also very close to shops and restaurants.
There is a small sitting area outside our studio overlooking one of the community pools. Beach towels and and beach chairs are provided.

Parking, Location and Getting Around Siesta Key:
Parking: Right outside the condo back door is a private parking spot for you to use during your stay.
From Airport to Siesta Key: In terms of getting here from the airport, we are closest to Sarasota airport. Uber and Lyft are available at Sarasota airport as well as a taxi service. If you fly into Tampa, then it could get more expensive to Uber since it is a good distance away (1.5 hours away).
Getting Around Siesta Key:
When you get to Siesta Key, there are multiple options to travel from Casa Mar (our condo complex) to the other areas of Siesta Key.
There is a free trolley that comes every 20 minutes and it stops at the SCAT bus station right in front of Casa Mar. This trolley will take to you both North and South Villages (that have shops and restaurants and are about 1-2 miles away).
The following shuttles are also available. They do not charge a fee but do operate on tips:

Siesta Key Frog Hop
Both villages have rentals for bikes, scooters and golf carts.
Please Note: The Casa Mar Condo Association has the following exterior work scheduled on our property:
-September 14-21st Landscape Removal
-September 22-28th Paver Install
-October 12–23rd Exterior Painting
-November 02-09 Landscape Installation
The work will be outside the unit and will take place during daytime hours. The association has told us they’ll make every effort to minimize any disruption to guests. There are two entrances on either side of our condo, so we don’t anticipate it having a significant impact on your stay, but we wanted to let you know in advance so there aren’t any surprises.

This is the perfect place for a beach getaway! My husband and I spent 4 nights at the property and enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the reason we went to Siesta Key! We also enjoyed being close to “The Village” where the restaurants, shops and live music are located. We walked when we felt up for it and hopped on the free trolley if we didn’t, either way, the complex is located off of the main road, so, there is easy access to everything. The unit was filled with everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom is small, but works well, cand the main space is simple but has all the necessities. We also appreciated the beach gear there, there was also a pickle ball set and other games available for us to use. This is not a luxury space, but, it is clean and cozy, the owners are kind and helpful, the community spaces were nicely kept and available to use. The parking is limited on Siesta Key, so, it was also nice having a spot right in front of the housel All in all, great communication, a perfect location.

Such an amazing time! Pool was perfect and I loved the beach access. Check in process was smooth and the hosts have quick communication! Thank you so much for letting us stay! We hope to be back in the future soon.

The room was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. Pots and pans, beach gear, extra blankets and pillows.Even coffee for the coffee maker. We were directly across from one of the pools, and a short walk from the sand. Our stay was perfect.
