Location is great for convention center, with grocery, pharmacy, many restaurants near by. The condo is spacious; we had plenty of space for our group of 5. We appreciated the lake view. It’s probably due for a “refresh” and a little more attention to details (blinds that don’t open/close, kitchen pans in bad shape, missing cooking utensils like tongs). Also, they don’t provide washcloths with basic linens (they pointed out that it’s in the fine print of rental agreement)…kind of odd. It was sufficient, but not a standout for the price.

I loved our stay here! My only issue was the owner not disclosing ahead of time that one of the pool areas was under construction. I specifically booked in this location for close proximity to the pool. It all worked out in the end, our commute was very short to the other pool. I suppose I learned to ask before booking if everything on property is functioning that I see in the pictures. Owner took a long time to reply back but was very helpful when I did get a reply. 2nd payment request was late, but it all worked out. I was stressed that I was going to lose the reservation because I couldn't make my 2nd payment. Owner was kind to let us in a couple hours early as we arrived before check-in.
