Although located only 6 minutes from downtown Ephraim and the beach, this home offers amazing privacy with its' own walking trails, large outdoor covered decks and patios with furniture, fire pit, large 2nd story deck, and plenty of activities for the kids including a trampoline, tether ball, slide off the second story and a ping pong table in the stable. The home is also ideal for hosting large gatherings either outdoors on the covered and non covered patios, or in the first floor stable area or in the 2nd floor great room.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and faces south with sweeping views of a meadow and a master bath. Across the hallway is a queen size room with a private full bath. The home also has two guest bedrooms, both with two twin beds that share a hallway bathroom.

For the 2026 season, we have added a beautiful covered porch on the south side of the building, a bluestone patio with fire pit, and a restroom in the stable area as well as a bar complete with running water and a refrigerator.
