Conveniently located at the gateway to the beautiful Bickley Valley, 20 minutes away from the airport and 35 minutes from the CBD, it's your hideaway/retreat from the hustle bustle of everyday life. Far enough away to escape, yet not far away from anywhere.
The Guesthouse is detached and to the side of the main house (where the owners reside), and has its own parking and entrance. This allows visitors the full use of the Guesthouse area and privacy with the luxury of the owner being close by should you need anything.

We had the most amazing stay at Pia’s, the place is so beautiful and in the best setting nestled in Perth hills. I can confidently say it won’t be our last time. Thanks again
