The condo was very nice…clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The only negative was that we were on the ground floor with other guests above us and the sound of every step they took was like “elephants playing basketball”. It was very loud! When they moved a dining room chair it scraped very loudly and when they walked around it sounded like they were stomping with every step (even though they weren’t). When they shut a door it was loud. We’ve stayed in ground floor places before but never had anything this loud.

The property is very clean and is an exceptional condo. We rented for a month, the main problem with this property is the noise made from people above. We had groups of 14 people, 18 people and 12 people.living above us. I would not recommend this condo for long term rental.
