This private cottage is on the back of the property, There is a small outdoor space with a cafe table and gas grill. Two blocks to Lassing park and the water. Just one mile south of downtown St Petersburg. Quiet area close to everything. This studio has a beautiful modern kitchen and private parking on alley behind the property.

Such an adorable studio! Bright, clean, and well stocked with everything. My sister and I stayed here for a weekend workshop. The kitchen, the island, the living area, the bed, and the bathroom all laid out in a simple and easy setup. It has a shared garden area that is peaceful and quiet. It's just a few blocks from the park. And only about a 10 or 15 minute walk into the heart of the University area with all the restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is not 'upscale' but we felt safe and comfortable. It was just perfect.Highly recommended.

Good location. Floor dirty. Fingernail clippings on floor and furniture. Tan chair dirty and stained. Did not feel comfortable sitting in it.
Could use some good coffee mugs.
