Experience comfort and convenience at Seascape 3009, a beautifully decorated two-story townhome just across the street from one of the island's premier beaches.
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The main level features a spacious living and dining area, with a deck perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation, offering views of the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and a washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a light green pastel headboard and matching dresser, plus a wall of windows overlooking the pool. This room also includes a flat-screen TV and an updated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, new vanity, and flooring.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size and full-size bed, adorned with sea-shell decorated quilts, and features a flat-screen TV. A newly remodeled hallway bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and updated flooring.
Both bedrooms are equipped with luxury vinyl flooring for a touch of elegance and easy maintenance.
Seascape Villas offer a serene, sub-tropical environment with two swimming pools, scenic walking trails, and picturesque lagoons connected by charming bridges. For added convenience, a private Beach Cabana is available exclusively for Seascape owners and guests, complete with outdoor showers and separate men’s and women’s restrooms.

This is the perfect rental in a perfect spot. It’s steps to the path that takes you to the beach. The pool is viewable from the unit if you have the kids who love the pool like mine. Highly recommend this spot!

Great complex, location was good, property management staff were awesome. This condo needs renovated - no keyless entry, one bathroom was tiny with a child size toilet and shower stall, the other bathroom was not the best. Uncomfortable accommodations for four adults.
