Grab the family and take advantage of this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo right on the beach. This condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Phoenix VIII and sleeps eight.

· Table seating six and kitchen bar with four stools in the dining area
· Full size washer and dryer
· Master bedroom has king size bed, balcony access, television, and carpet

· Tiled balcony has gorgeous gulf front view that can be enjoyed at a table for six
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

This condo was very dated but comfortable. There were a few issues when we got there but the management company resolved quickly. The one thing I wish would’ve been disclosed was the construction right outside the condo. It was very noisy and there was construction debris on the balcony and furniture. The main thing I wanted to do on my trip was to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view, however, I was unable due to the noise.

Over all the condo was great. Mostly clean. As a whole the condo looked clean, but when you opened the closet doors they hadn't been swept. Otherwise, beds, bathrooms, kitchen were all very clean. The pool was terrific. Location was great! The rooms were plenty large enough. Inside the condo you couldn't really hear noise from other condo units which was awesome! We had an awesome time and would definitely be interested in renting this unit again. There are only front desk staff in this building from 9:00 to 5:00 so if you check out early you have to go to the condos next door to return keys and check out.

The room was good but needed a deep clean. My kids had black socks the entire trip. Also, there was a water leak in the room with the double beds that made the condo smell musty bc it had been left unattended. We found it on our last day of the trip. The room setup was great, just a little outdated for the price we paid.
