Beautiful apartment with spacious balcony in fantastic location. Absolutely nothing negative to say and hopefully return in the not too distant future.
Absolutely nothing we didn't like

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped in a nice location within walking distance of the train station, the city center, and the beach. The keys are handed over at the office at a different address, but it is not far on foot.
There is a problem with the sewage system throughout the building. This is evident from the strong smell in the entrance hall. The shower in the apartment did not drain at all, which is a major problem requiring repair. That is why I give a low rating.
