O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Studio Bamboo is a cozy spot in a nice neighborhood just minutes (5) from downtown Eugene / U.O. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. Clean, private studio with separate entrance ready for you to enjoy your visit to Eugene!
This is a private studio apartment (a converted garage) with a queen bed, full bathroom and kitchenette. Private entrance at the back of the house. The studio is attached to the main 5-bedroom house, which is another airbnb. The only shared space is the laundry room (lockable doors) and the backyard. You may see or hear other guests during your stay. This studio is a converted garage with the laundry room shared and bedrooms above the studio. If you are overly sensitive to any noise this is something to consider prior to booking.

I have found over time that every VRBO is different and every guest’s expectations are different when they book a short term rental. It is my goal to make sure that I am as transparent as possible so that you can make an educated decision on your choice of where you would like to stay.
PET POLICY: All pets must be approved in advance. You must confirm that the animal has no history of property destruction, indoor urination/defecation, aggression, or excessive noise. I expect you to have the animal with you or crated when you're not home. In order to maintain an allergen-low environment for other guests, we have our cleaners do deep cleans after every animal stays there and hire a carpet / upholstery cleaner if necessary. Any undisclosed pet will result in a large penalty. FEES: Dogs and cats: 14 days or less: $100 // 15 days or more: $200. This fee does not cover any damages caused by the pet that result in excessive cleaning or repairs.
ESAs / Service animals: If you have an ESA animal please send me a copy of the paperwork including the letter from your healthcare provider. If you have a service animal trained to help you with a disability, I will be asking you the following legally allowable questions: 1) Is the service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? (Your disability does *not* need to be disclosed)
NOISE: No excessive noise. No parties. No yelling. Quiet hours are strictly 10pm - 8am. You may hear guests in the main house. However, if they are disobeying the quiet hours or rules, please let us know asap.
SMOKING: No smoking anywhere on the property:
CLEANING: Sometimes a cleaner does a poor job and it catches me (and you!) off guard. Please let me know if the cleaner missed something(s) important and allow me to fix the issue. I assure you that we strongly value cleanliness and any lack of cleanliness is not on purpose.
AC: We will add an AC unit when it starts getting hot. Please let us know if that's the case.
SUPPLIES: We provide you enough supplies to get you through a month. If you end up staying more than a month, it is on you to purchase your own supplies (e.g. TP, shampoo, etc)

A place to sleep, and that's about it. Reminded me of an outdated motel, but just in a safer neighborhood and not in a sketchy area of town like the actual motels in Eugene. The bed is hard. The closet was a little dusty. The room smelled musty when we arrived and there was a faint odor of urine right at the doorway going into the bathroom - not sure where it was coming from. The shower head is very low - I am 5'9" and it was below my head. There is a fruit tree outside the front door - there was a lot of rotten fruit all over the ground by the door attracting many wasps, bees, and flies. There is a leak that drips over the walkway to the door and a random rosebush right in the middle of the path that is eye level you need to duck under in order to get to the front door. If there is another party staying in the house upstairs, parking is a challenge - the spaces are not marked at all. We ended up parking on the street most of our stay. Since the house above can sleep so many people, there can be a lot of cars on the street just for the guests staying in the house and you may end up parking down the street. You need to start towels in the laundry before you leave, but you can't use the washing machine early in the morning, so that was a challenge for us when we needed to leave at 7am, but still needed to shower and use towels before we left.We were very busy during our stay, so luckily we didn't need to be at the space except to sleep and shower.
