Resort has pickleball court, horseshoe Pitt, putting green, covered picnic area and charcoal grills! Please be aware guests must provide their own equipment for these items. Location is perfect for local restaurants around the corner and Pier Park is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, pier fishing, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Frank Brown Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, WonderWorks, all of our local miniature Golf Parks & go karts tracks are not to be missed. Scuba diving offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, deep sea fishing or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby at the Conservation Park. Always something to do and somethings worth doing twice.

This property was perfect. The condo was very clean, provided all essential kitchen ware, beds were extremely comfortable and you literally only had to walk across the street to get to the beach. Communication with the company was easy and they answered all questions sometimes within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Loved hanging out on the beach & just relaxing. We enjoyed wonderful seafood at Mike's & Local Steamer that was not a far drive from the condo. When a break from the beach/sun was needed Pier Park was also conveniently located & not a far drive for shopping, food & a movie. The condo was clean, accommodating, comfortable beds & just a short/close walk to the beach. We especially appreciated the beach wagon & chairs being available at the condo to use. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage girls (15 & 13 years old) enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!

Thank you for having a space that is clean and not over crowded with tourists. We love PCB! This was probably our last family vacation of just the 5 of us. The condo description is accurate, as are the pictures. It was just right for us. We only wish we could stay longer. We didn't use the grounds' amenities, but appeared to be well kept. All things are within driving distance. Access to the beach was an easy/safe pediatrician crosswalk. Beach equipment such as boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon and umbrella was a great addition! We ALL agreed that this location has been our favorite from previous years. Not having to deal with many people, crowded elevators, and it was a quiet/reserved area. Your management company is doing well keeping your property clean and checking in with renters. We will absolutely stay here again. Until next time,The Hoehn family

This was truly an awesome experience! It made you feel home the moment you arrived! The location is beautiful and right by the beach and city attractions! Definitely booking real soon!
