Wonderful location. 20 minute walk from train station. Easy to walk everywhere in town. The Saturday market was beautiful. Washer and dryer located in the room next door. Upstairs patio was quiet and intimate.

Our stay in Beaune was wonderful. We loved the location. The only negatives were the owner would not get back to us when we had a question. It took 3 days to get the password for wifi which meant we were using a huge amount of our data! We also could NOT get the front door to lock which meant sleepless nights wondering if we were safe in an unlocked apartment. If the owner fixes all of that, I would highly recommend this location.

My husband and I stayed here after a 2 week car trip in France. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city, walking distance to everything. It was very convenient to have access to a washer and dryer. The beds and bathrooms were clean but the kitchen could use a little attention. Dry goods and other foods left on counters and cupboards.(ie. 3 partially used olive oil bottles) uses up all the little counter space there is. Although there are 2 ‘bathrooms’ (sink &shower) there is only one toilet and it is downstairs. Anyone using the upper bedroom will need to go down the spiral staircase to the toilet. A little difficult communicating with the host. We were given wrong code to the key box but things were resolved. You can pull your car up to the door in an alleyway and back it out. As stated there is a free city parking a 15-min walk away. Would consider staying here again.
