Through the living room, an elegant dining room awaits vacation meals and nighttime drinks, with access to the stunning back deck through the sliding glass doors. Entering into the kitchen, you’ll notice the rich blue walls adorning this beautiful room. Was great for our dog. Lots of space!

The location of the house was ideal. We were able to get to the Brewster dog park, Ocean Edge for dinner and drinks frequently and Nauset Beach all very easily. The house layout was great for our family with teens - plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor space was ideal. The house is kind of old, so if you are okay with that, this is the house for you. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and basement only, so the first floor gets a little hot though it is very shaded by trees.

We had a great time at the property! We had a full house, 6 adults, 2 kids, an infant and a dog. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were comfortable and spacious. The deck and backyard were amazing--we had several meals alfresco. My elementary age kids loved playing the yard games in the backyard and we made s'mores in the fire pit almost every night. Everything we needed was nearby and several attractions were close. The only downside was that the oven didn't cook very evenly or well (we cooked most of our meals at the house.) It was our first trip to Cape Cod and we had a relaxing and enjoyable time! I would book here again!

We arrived and were happy that the inside was nice and clean. Tidy. But as we settled in we realized this property is very tired. The blinds in the bedroom were broken. The rooms are very bright and need black out shades to help keep it cool & sun out. Lamps are crooked and some broken. Artwork in basement bedroom needs to go. Broken and terrible looking. The beds are so uncomfortable. There are so many bugs. Ants. Spiders. I recommend a good spray of the property inside and out. We couldn’t ever leave a single dish without ants swarming it. Spiders above our heads as we try to sleep. It gave us all the icks. Invest in better quality lights. Kitchen needs a wine key. Outside light is broken should be replaced. Clean the exterior. The outdoor patio seating is filthy. The windows are so dirty you can’t see out. The yard needs a cleanup - limb from a tree down as well.
