Our family had a great time. The private lake was great and the views from the cabin were beautiful. House was fully stocked with canoes, boats, and whatever we needed for our stay. Plenty of room outside and inside. The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay as well. The grills could use a good cleaning and some fixing as we grilled two nights and had to do some improvising by using foil and ended up cooking some things inside but other than that everything was pretty clean.

We had an excellent time at this cottage. Everything you need is provided! Shampoos, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, towels, paper towels, inflatable tubes, boats, laundry machines, fire wood, board games, DVDs, etc. We had so much fun! The location is great. We have children, so, we really appreciated that motor boats are not allowed. It felt much safer and was definitely quieter. We took nice walks around the lake. Pro tip: download your GPS ahead of time- because if you lose service- you might have a hard time finding this amazing cottage! Also, bring citronella candles and bug spray- or it will be hard to enjoy the porch. But- with the candles and spray we had a great time!! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway, this house is wonderful. We had a great time with family. The house has everything you could need, and we were in and out of the lake each day, fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, etc. Accommodations were really comfortable, and it was refreshing to stay somewhere that provided all the necessities and we weren't shepherding basic items in our car.The elevated porch was a perfect place to spend the evenings. We drove to some hiking trails, but otherwise didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. I also want to provide a shoutout to the owners/property manager. When we arrived, there was a hornets nest under the porch, and they sent someone out immediately to take care of it. Thank you!!Enjoy!
