We stayed in apartment B on the second floor in a beautiful, very secure complex hosted by Sol and Jon, who live on the property. They are truly super hosts and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and spacious. The kitchen, which we used a lot, was incredibly well stocked with everything you would want in a kitchen. The balcony, a delightful space, is very large and private outfitted with chairs and sofa, a large flat-top grill (plancha) and views of the mountains. If you are the sporty type, there is a regulation sized pickleball court and very inviting pool. In general, Ajijic feels very safe and we had no qualms walking around at night. There are a few restaurants, a very good supermarket, pharmacies and a modern hospital all within a short walk. Without hesitation I would recommend this property. Enjoy!
