It comprises a 35 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a private garden of around 200 m². Wifi included we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
First floor:
- 35 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and wood-burning stove
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: single bed (90x190)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot (available free of charge), raclette grill

Outside:
- A beautiful south-west facing 200 m² private garden with perimeter walls. Please note that there is no gate.
- A 10 m² balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The gîte is ideally situated close to Millau and its Viaduct (20 mins), Rodez and the Soulages Museum (40 mins) and the Gorges du Tarn (20 mins). Aubrac is 1h15min away.

Sports activities: Hiking and mountain biking, paragliding, rafting, Via ferrata, canyoning, canoeing, caving, climbing, Acroparc, bungee jumping, and many other activities....
Activities: "Grimpe et Cimes" leisure park at Salles-Curan.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. 10 minutes from the A75 motorway, on the north-south axis. The Mediterranean Sea is 1H30 from the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest airport: Rodez airport is 50 minutes away.
- Nearest train station: Sévérac-d'Aveyron station 22 minutes away.
